This platter
The one we can usually do today.
This is the small board, and the one most likely to be cut on the day you ask for it. Phone before 11am and we can usually have it ready that morning. After 11am we roll it to the next day.

Ordering it on the day.
Phone us with the headcount, the occasion and any fruit you would rather we left off, and we will recommend a size and quote it. A morning order is ready for collection from lunchtime onwards, and if you phone early it is often ready inside the hour. Collection starts at 7am, so a board ordered the day before can be picked up on the way in.
Collecting it or having it delivered.
Pickup from the shop has no minimum spend and no fee. Local delivery works differently: there is a minimum order before the delivery fee, and this platter on its own sits just under it, so add anything else from the shop to bring the order up. Delivery is free to some suburbs and a flat fee to the rest of the list.
How long it keeps.
It is cut on the morning you collect it, so a same-day order reaches you the same day it was cut. It is at its best within 24 hours, and nothing is cut and frozen ahead. It comes off the same bench stock we sell by the kilo.
Local delivery has a $30 minimum before the delivery fee, free to Mount Pleasant, Brentwood and Booragoon and $10 to every other listed suburb. At $29.99 this platter sits under that minimum on its own, so add anything else from the shop to bring the order up. Pickup from 76 Cranford Ave has no minimum and no fee. Tell us what you would like left out and we can adjust the ingredients. Preparation happens in a working grocer and deli, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free platter. Please phone the shop before ordering if a severe allergy is involved.
