What we collect

When you contact us or place an online order, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery or pickup details, street address, order notes and the products you order.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate so we can see which pages are useful. We don’t load third-party advertising scripts or use the website to build advertising profiles.

What we do with it

• Confirm, take payment for and fulfil your order.
• Reply to your enquiry by phone or email.
• Keep the business and transaction records needed for support and accounting.
• Send journal updates only when you ask to subscribe.

Who we share it with

We share information only with services needed to operate the website and complete your request. Stripe processes online payments, Web3Forms sends contact and order messages to our team, and Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate analytics. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms. If you order through A Better Choice, its privacy policy applies to that interaction.

How we store it

Paid orders remain available in Stripe and in the order messages delivered to our team. Contact and signup messages are kept in our normal business email records. We keep records only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, accounting and legal obligations. We don’t use a CRM that profiles you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Update anything that’s wrong.
• Delete information we are not required to retain.
• Remove you from journal updates.

Cookies and browser storage

This site stores your basket in your browser so it survives a reload. When you start checkout, it also stores a short-lived record tied to that Stripe session so only the paid items are removed after a verified payment. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology on its hosted checkout page under Stripe’s own policy. We don’t use advertising cookies or device fingerprinting.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
