The deli case is staffed all day. Prosciutto di Parma, San Daniele, salami, soppressata, jamón, mortadella, smoked salmon, sliced thick or thin to order, in front of you. Ham off the bone for Christmas and Easter, ordered a week ahead.

In the deli case

Six counters, one deli.

Stock changes when something better comes through. Ask if you don’t see what you’re after. The slicer comes off the rack for any hunk we have on hand.

    Prosciutto di Parma

    Aged Italian prosciutto sliced thin off the slicer to order. The bench standard for grazing boards, sandwiches, melon-and-prosciutto, and the Christmas table.

    San Daniele & jamón

    San Daniele prosciutto and Spanish jamón when supply is right. Slightly sweeter, slightly fattier. Ask the team for a taste off the slicer before you commit to a wedge.

    Salami & soppressata

    Finocchiona, soppressata, milano, hot-pressed chorizo. Sliced thin or thick the way you ask. Half a slice difference makes the antipasto board.

    Mortadella & cooked meats

    Pistachio mortadella, ham off the bone, smoked turkey breast, roast beef. The lunchbox/sandwich shelf. Ask for shavings if you want them stacking light.

    Festive ham off the bone

    Whole and half hams off the bone in the lead-up to Christmas and Easter. Glazed or unglazed. Order a week ahead. The good ones go fast.

  • 06

    Smoked salmon & seafood

    Cold-smoked salmon by the slice for platters and breakfasts. Cured salmon and the occasional smoked trout when supply is right.

Pair the board

Add cheese,
fruit and a baguette.

  • Cheese & antipasto. 24-month parmigiano, burrata, marinated olives, Spanish anchovies. Pull the board together with what we carry on the cheese counter.
  • Built grazing platters. We'll do the assembly: small (4 people), medium (6–8), large (10+). Order a day ahead, collect or have it delivered.
  • Fruit on the bench. Whatever's at peak that week: figs, grapes, persimmons, stone fruit. The deli case looks lonely without it.
